Grounded in your evidence

Upload policies, SOPs, walkthrough transcripts and evidence. Drafts are built from what you upload and your organisation’s own risk library, not generic templates.

Control testing, step by step

Work through each test step with an AI that reads the evidence and proposes a result. You sign off each step, and a conclusion without signed steps needs a recorded reason.

Full-population data analytics

Run fixed, versioned tests over every row, such as possible duplicate payments, leavers with active access, or changes implemented before approval. Each row is counted as tested, excluded or flagged. No AI-written queries.

Ask about your audits

Ask questions across your engagements and libraries. Every answer cites the records it is based on, and the assistant can read but never change anything.

Edit, review, export

Every generated document can be edited in place. Mark it reviewed and the Word export says who reviewed it and when, on every page.

Audit work has to stand up to review. Audit Assistant keeps a clear line between what the AI suggested and what an auditor concluded.

  • Every AI output is a draft. Nothing reaches a report until an auditor approves it.
  • An append-only audit trail records who changed each judgement, from what to what, and whether a person or the AI did it.
  • Each AI output records the model and prompt version that produced it.
  • Exports state whether they have been reviewed, so a draft is never mistaken for a final.

Personal identifiers masked

Card and bank account numbers, national ID numbers, personal emails and phone numbers are replaced before any text reaches an AI model.

Not used for training

Your data is never used to train AI models, by us or by our AI providers.
